Overview
At Oscean Agro Fibre, we specialize in manufacturing and exporting pulp moulded trays in bulk quantities. As we operate in B2B and wholesale supply, our products are made-to-order and dispatched in large shipments.
Because of this, we follow a strict no-return, no-refund policy, except in cases where the goods are proven to be defective, damaged during transit, or do not match the agreed specifications.
Eligibility for Returns or Refunds
A return or refund request will only be considered if:
- The trays delivered are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The trays delivered do not match the purchase order specifications.
- A formal complaint is submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic or video proof.
Any of the following will not be eligible for return or refund:
- Bulk orders where trays are as per agreed specifications.
- Products that have been used, stored incorrectly, or handled improperly after delivery.
- Exported shipments once cleared through customs in the buyer’s country.
- Customized or branded trays.
Refunds
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
- Refunds will be made only through the original method of payment.
- Shipping, customs, and handling charges are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced trays may be refunded (if defective). Sale or clearance trays cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace trays if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, send us an email at {[email protected]} with full details, and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs, customs duties, and handling charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For bulk returns, you must use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without valid tracking proof.
